Staff Leaderboard
View top-performing staff members ranked by activity with period switching.
The Staff Leaderboard ranks your workspace members by their activity and contributions. Use it to recognize top performers, track engagement, and motivate your team.
Overview
The Leaderboard provides:
- Top 3 Podium — Highlighted display for your highest-performing members
- Full Rankings Table — Sortable table for all remaining members
- Period Switching — Toggle between All Time and the current activity period
Accessing the Leaderboard
- Navigate to Staff > Leaderboard in your workspace
- The default view shows rankings for the current activity period
- Use the period toggle to switch between All Time and This Period
Podium & Rankings
Top 3 Podium
The top three members are displayed in a podium layout at the top of the page, showing:
- Roblox avatar
- Username
- Total activity score for the selected period
Rankings Table
Below the podium, a table lists all remaining members ranked by their score. The table includes:

| Rank | Position in the leaderboard |
| Member | Roblox username and avatar |
| Score | Activity score for the selected period |
| Sessions | Number of sessions completed |
Period Switching
Toggle between two views using the period selector:
- This Period — Shows rankings for the current activity tracking period only. Resets when a new period begins.
- All Time — Shows cumulative rankings across all periods since the workspace was created.
Period boundaries are determined by your Activity Tracking configuration. Adjust period length in Settings > Activity Tracking.
Access

The Leaderboard is available on all plans. All workspace roles can view rankings.
