Sync Rules & Admins
Configure workspace access with sync rules. Automatically sync Roblox group ranks to RankGun permissions.
Multi-Member workspaces are a massive part of RankGun and allow for users to monitor their own performance and allows you to delegate management of performance to other staff members.
Elite Subscription Required
Sync Rules require an Elite subscription. Admins can be added manually on all plans.

| Admin | Can do everything apart from change sync rules or handle billing |
| Manager | Can view their own activity and view others' activity |
| Viewer/Tracked Player | Can only view their own activity |
Basics
A free workspace can have up to 3 admins.
Elite workspaces have:
- 20 Admins (Increased upon request)
- 5,000 Tracked Players ($2 per additional 1,000 players)
- 200 Managers ($2 per additional 500 Managers)
Admins can only be added manually via their rankgun ID for security reasons. Managers & Viewers are added via sync rules that link back to your ROBLOX group.
Adding an admin
Due to security features to add an Admin you must provide their rankgun ID. A user can find their rankgun Id in their account settings.
To add an admin simply press on the "Add admin" button.
Adding a sync rule
To create a sync rule you simply define the rank and which permission you want to grant them.
It then takes a couple hours for everything to be synced.
